Menghadiri sesi latihan menembak. Sudah lama saya idamkan dan sering terlepas peluang untuk turut serta. Syarikat mempunyai senjata sendiri dan mana-mana pengawal bersenjata diwajibkan menghadiri latihan ini. 10 butir peluru pump-gun - lima butir pertama sudah cukup menyebabkan tangan terketar-ketar. Lima butir seterusnya menyebabkan bahu dan lengan lebam. 14 butir peluru pistol automatik .38 Smith & Wesson pula memberi saya peluang berangan seperti koboi. Berdesing telinga!

Menjadi pemeriksa untuk group assignment pelajar First Aid sambil bersantai dan berbual-bual dengan kawan-kawan yang hadir. Seronok juga mendengar cerita mereka dari bidang yang berbeza. Cikgu, PTD, JQAF, gaji, bonus, COLA, belanjawan, pilihanraya, puasa, raya. Semua cerita menjadi satu.
'Cikgu, saya tak boleh ambil wuduk sebab saya pakai kasut'
'Kalau macam tu, buanglah kasut tu'
'Tak apalah, saya tak nak buang, saya nak buka kasut ni'
Nota: Cikgu ni orang Kedah. Kami ketawa bagai nak pecah perut!
